However, we generally take an exclusive listing and offer a property for Private Sale (with a closing date) unless Auction is required for timing reasons, or the special nature of the property or the target market, dictate that this is the best approach.
We do work in conjunction, with other agencies as a specialist selling agency, because of our expertise.

To best promote the property we recommend, quality photography and floor plan are essential, quality brochures, a photographic board (where possible). In certain cases we suggest a property web site and video presentation as well as having the property styled for presentation purposes and generally lightly furnished.
We hold open house inspections as required and take private inspections on selected days and at specified times with potential buyers or consultants and advisers.
We recommend that all sale documentation is prepared by your solicitor or conveyancer prior to marketing. This is so it may be made available before the first inspections are conducted. Allow from 3 to 21 days to prepare depending on whom you engage and how detailed this might be.
