We have a simple policy for marketing all of our rental and sales properties – all marketing is comprehensive, and it’s free!
In rentals, we arrange professional photography and copywriting and advertise all properties on realestate.com.au and domain.com.au. We also erect a “For Rent” sign at the property, have a full colour A4 advertisement in our office window and keep strip lists on the reception desk for prospective tenants to take with them when they attend our office. All of it is free.
And that’s not all that’s free with our property management. Our only charges are a management fee & a letting/lease renewal fee. We don’t charge for anything else. That includes QCAT applications, preparation and attendance, insurance claims, and everything else. Unlike many agencies, our landlords know how exactly how much our management of their property will cost. There are no hidden fees or surprises.
In sales, we have a No Sale, No Fee policy. We don’t ask our vendors for a single penny upfront. And if we don’t sell their property, there’s no charge whatsoever.
But that doesn’t mean we skimp on the marketing of our vendors’ properties – on the contrary. This is what “not a single penny upfront” buys you at Griffin National:

Not only are our vendors not charged for their marketing upfront, they’re not charged at all.
We charge a flat commission rate to sell your property, a fee that’s only charged if your property actually sells. The rest is on us, whether your property sells or not.
