Follow up sms & email immediately after open homes. Follow up call with buyers is done Monday morning, and then feedback is given to you by Monday afternoon/ Tuesday morning.
TV Display - Our TV displays feature photographs and written information about the property. Our TV display is meticulously maintained to ensure it is current, accurate and interesting. Client Database - Twomey Schriber Property Group maintains a Database of potential and qualified Buyers that we are working with as well as clients we have kept in contact with from past associations. When a new property is listed, we are very proactive in contacting these individuals to alert them to a listing which may suit their requirements.
E-newsletter to database - Every Wednesday afternoon, a company e-newsletter is sent out to our client base with property information, photos & open home times. This gives us the best opportunity of getting buyers through your property.
