Open Homes - All open homes are conducted on a Saturday for 30-45 minutes. The reason we only do it for either 30 or 45 minutes, is to create as much competition with as many buyers at the same time. Follow up sms & email immediately after open homes. Follow up call with buyers is done Monday morning, and then feedback is given to you by Monday afternoon/ Tuesday morning.

TV Display - Our TV displays feature photographs and written information about the property. Our TV display is meticulously maintained to ensure it is current, accurate and interesting. Our office is prominent and well recognised in the local area, so these attributes work to attract potential buyers.

Client Database - Twomey Schriber Property Group maintains a Database of potential and qualified Buyers that we are working with as well as clients we have kept in contact with from past associations. When a new property is listed, we are very proactive in contacting these individuals to alert them to a listing which may suit their requirements.

E-newsletter to database - Every Wednesday afternoon, a company e-newsletter is sent out to our client base with property information, photos & open home times. This gives us the best opportunity of getting buyers through your property.

Professional Photography - Our Professional Real Estate Photographer will visit the property and take a series of internal and external photographs highlighting the best features of the property. Professional photography is vital in marketing your property. We want to showcase your property to the prospective buyer at its best potential. A great set of photographs will always tell a great story!

Website placement- Premier space(realestate.com.au) - Exposure of your property on the web is vital and extremely valuable in today’s market. We have a subscription with realestate.com & domain.com.au.

Buyer Inspections - All buyer inspections will be done on demand where possible.

Photo Signboard - “FOR SALE” signboard out the front of the property is crucial for any prospective purchasers passing by.
