Harcourts Property Centre was formed in 2016 by current Directors Aaron Brooks and Sam Devlin. However, the story of Harcourts Property Centre is an evolution of over 40 years combined real estate experience.

Previously the CEO of the Harcourts Group in QLD and Australia for well over a decade, Aaron Brooks was instrumental in the set up of the 100 year old NZ founded group here in Australia with Harcourts International MD, Mike Green. Aaron’s tenure of CEO meant he led the group through a huge period of growth from only two offices in QLD to a high of 103 businesses. It was during this period that Aaron Brooks and Sam Devlin first met.

Sam Devlin has experienced a rapid rise across the QLD real estate ranks since 2007. Starting as a PA for an established agent, he then forged ahead as a BDM/Leasing and Property Manager, to then become a salesperson for Harcourts in its Wellington Point branch. Continuing his rise up the ranks, Sam then became a freelance Auctioneer and trainer across QLD and Northern NSW, and ultimately found home in partnering with Aaron Brooks in the Harcourts Property Centre business.

Starting with only six employees and zero properties under management in 2016, Harcourts Property Centre is now recognised throughout Australia as having one of the fastest growing businesses within the industry with over 50 staff from their two branches, over 800 properties currently under management and in excess of over 500 million dollars worth of Brisbane Property transacted. The Harcourts Property Centre Story is one of immense growth but one that is only getting started.

Aaron and Sam’s working relationship has always been forged around mateship and culture – something instilled in their business today. The reason for rapid growth over the last 3 years since inception is because of their obsession with their people, their clients, their technology and doing the right thing.
