Our marketing technique is to put the listing front and centre for tenants to see. We utilise the premiere marketing on major websites, so the listing is top of the page with a nice big photo of the property. We also take professional photos of ALL our listings.
We offer Facebook live open homes and physical open homes to make it easier for tenants to inspect our properties. We post the property on social media to ensure the property is exposed to a greater market.
Our renting approach is to find the right tenant, not just any tenant. We believe it is better to wait for the right tenant than rush to pick the wrong tenant. We also believe that a quality owner with a quality property will attract a quality tenant.
Once the property is rented, we invest time in conducting long term asset management and make recommendations for upgrades our landlords can do to help prolong the tenancy.
