I hope you’re well and don’t mind this unsolicited e-mail. I found you on LinkedIn listed as the CEO of Buxton Real Estate Group, and wanted my message to go to the very top. All too often such e-mails are written due to bad news or a complaint, but quite the opposite in this instance.
My wife and I have recently sold our home in Mentone with Emily Whitehead managing the campaign. In short, Emily was unbelievable in all of our dealings with her. She was the ultimate professional in everything from the advice she provided, her confidence in guiding our decision making, punctuality and pleasant demeanour.
I would be very proud to have staff such as Emily representing my business, and cannot thank her enough for the way she conducted the campaign. She achieved an outstanding result in selling our property prior to auction, but quite frankly I would have written this e-mail regardless of the result given how impressed we were with her.

I could not be more pleased with both the outcome of the sale and the manner in which
the property was handled!
Rarely these days do I have the opportunity of meeting with a sales person whom understands the full extent of customer service.
Whilst I appreciate selling Real Estate is far more complicated than Customer Service, it is in my opinion, many Real Estate Agents fall far short of the basics and the rest of their work is underwhelming and often criticized because they lack the credibility that customer service can provide.
Much could be learned from Emily from her diligence and follow up to her thoughtful and strategic planning of the campaign.

I feel that I had to write to you to let you know how delighted I am with the recent sale of my townhouse in Mentone.
My investment property had been previously listed with another local agent since late September/early October. Despite spending a huge amount of money on advertising and rental furniture (approx. $7000) in order to sell the property, no offer or sale was forthcoming during those 5 months.
