No “one tool” today sells a property, extreme hard work behind the scenes utilising advertising, general media coverage, editorials and networking using our extensive data base of current buyers are just some of the many tools that we use to achieve the best results.

To promote your property we propose to not only use the marketing program of your choice, but to apply for editorial in the local paper, this is not guaranteed exposure, but we have a high success rate to gain editorial on your behalf and this is free advertising.

Sunday is a very important day for real estate on the North Shore as the area is primarily family oriented. It has always surprised us that other agents do not work on Sunday given that this is 50% of your prime time. We also open the home for at least one hour per open for inspection to enable purchaser’s time to view the home and drive from one property to another. We feel that 45 minutes on a Saturday, which effectively gives you two and a quarter hours of prime time exposure during the entire marketing campaign, is not enough exposure.

We suggest that the marketing of the property be backed up by display advertisements. This really stands out in a sea of print and I find from the feedback, the display advertising is always circled first. We recommend colour brochures. These brochures can be mail dropped, delivered easily and distributed at other Open for Inspection properties by sales staff, which of course gives you a much wider coverage.
