1. We have a database of buyers that we have been building for years (our combined real estate experience and database/client relationship development exceeds 75 years!)

2. We give access (and financial reward) to all the other agents in the area that may have a buyer for your property. It exponentially increases the chances of your property sale.

3. Asian buyers – multilingual international exposure. Over the years, we have built relationships with influential businesses and individuals in St George district and overseas; that creates a significant advantage when dealing with Asian buyers.
