Generally the preferred method of sale i.e., Auction or Private Sale, is determined by the vendor however we do recommend a General Sale for your property on this occasion.

Once appointed, our team of dedicated agents will work with you and for you and our tailored marketing campaign, (which in general will be over 4-5 weeks), will be a thorough campaign sufficient enough to achieve the results you are happy with.

Properties do not sell themselves and the more efficient marketing campaign the better the results. We recommend an investment of approx. $2,500 to $3,000 for marketing and this includes:
