I believe it would be in your best interest to give consideration to a “campaign” based method of sale rather than a “traditional” approach as this will allow for strong buyer competition. The suggested marketing strategy I would recommend would be a “from” price or a “set date sale” as these two strategies will create the most interest in the active market we’re in now.
