It is a very simple process:
• We view your property and provide a rental appraisal on rent potential for your property
• We prepare your Management Agreement for signing
• We advertise property for rent on many internet portals as well as slide enhanced property advertisements
• We arrange open house inspections for your rental property where we start the Tenancy Application Process
• We process tenancy applications with three main ideas in mind; look to see amount of funds tenants bringing in, are there the right number of people applying for the property and can the proposed tenants provide reference information on how well they keep rental properties
• You organize your landlord insurance; there are specialist companies who cover landlord insurance only, they are specialists in this area
• Arrange for Pool Compliance Certificate (if applicable and we can arrange this for you)
• Arrange a smoke alarm compliancy (we can arrange this for you)
• Water Compliance if necessary; water flow from cold taps in the property must not run more than 9 lt per minute
• The property is cleaned and prepared for tenants
• Hand over keys to our office
