Following stage 1, we would suggest launching a 4-week internet based campaign giving your property extensive coverage on all the major property websites. Print Marketing Campaign (optional)
Should you wish to proceed to a full print marketing campaign, we would suggest considering this option after the 1st week of the internet marketing. Before you make the financial commitment to this approach we will need to take into account the level of interest the property has already received along with the current market conditions.
This stage of the sales process is focused on marketing your home to buyers who are not currently active in the market place but live in or around the Lower North Shore and Upper North Shore.
Inspections will be held on an appointment basis and through weekly ‘Open For Inspections’, conducted every Wednesday and Saturday for 30 minutes.)
