Initial strategy would be to contact my extensive list of qualified buyers who have
recently missed out on purchasing properties. We consistently achieve well over the asking price and have numerous offers for your consideration. Should this avenue prove fruitful, zero marketing dollars would be required.
We focus very heavily on online marketing, and would be listing on the major Real Estate portals, with the greatest emphasis being on realestate.com.au. The printed guide is a secondary medium for us nowadays, and can assist in open home traffic. In this instance we are able to offer free presence on the realestate internet sites, but would request the inclusion of our $995.00 marketing package, to include professional photography, graphic design, sign production and installation, brochure design & production, local "Just listed flyers" to neighbouring properties.
Our extensive buyers database would be our first point of contact, as they are active buyers, many of whom have recently missed out on purchasing other properties.)
If I ever want to sell another property in Tasmania, there would be no doubt in the agent I would choose for myself, and recommend to anyone else. This may sound a bit over the top, but its true. My occupation was in sales,so I do have an idea on people. Ben Palmer called me even though the property was on the market with another agent. He impressed from our first meeting and I gave the property as a sole agent to Ben, As an agent he went way beyond being just the agent, Ben was a total organiser in all areas from advertising to bringing in trades people to enhance the property for the final sale. Thanks Ben on behalf of my wife and myself. Dennis Ernest 28/2/15
Mr Dennis Ernest / Lauderdale
“Ben Palmer introduced himself to us when we were putting our property at 12 Spitfarm Opossum Bay, Tasmania on the market in 2013. His professional and enthusiastic approach persuaded us to list the property with him, a very new comer to the real estate profession. In a difficult market for beach front holiday homes Ben provided advice on the market price and advised that it may take some patience in finding the right buyer who would be attracted to the unique offering. Ben serviced inquiries for nearly 18 months. He kept us fully informed, sticking to his initial strategy with no pressure on us as vendors to move from the original strategy outlined. As vendors we felt confident the right buyer would eventually be attracted and that Ben would be able to close the sale. We completed a successful sale in February 2015 at a price that was at the higher end of our expectations. Ben handled the final negotiations, which turned out to be very complex, with great aplomb.” Cheers, Graeme & Lis

Ben approached us to sell our house. He made promises which he kept. He provided us with regular updates and he worked hard to achieve a sale and followed it through right to the end, even following up with us after the settlement to ensure that all had run smoothly. We would have no hesitation in recommending his services.
