In late 2012 Barry Plant was awarded the title of Number One real estate group in Australia for Sales by Real Estate Business magazine – an honour based on our sales efficiency. In fact it was determined that, on average, a Barry Plant sales person sells twice as many properties per year as the average sales person from other agencies.
In August 2013, Barry Plant won the title of Australian Property Management Company of the Year at the inaugural Australian Real Estate Awards. This award, combined with the Real Estate Business award gave us the unique distinction of being the top company in Australia for both sales and property management.
We measure our success not by the number of offices we have – but by the number of properties we sell. With fewer offices we sell more properties than any other real estate group in Victoria. But it’s not about being the biggest; we’re about being the best and offering the best systems and support to each and every office in our network.
