Our Agency conducts appointment based inspections as this allows us to question the prospective Tenant to see if they are suitable for the Property. If they sound like an ideal candidate we book in an appointment at any time that suits their schedule, including after hours and on weekends as we understand securing the best possible Tenant is a priority.
Our application process includes asking for previous rental history, current employment details and they are to include a bank statement. We verify employment as well as ask for current payslips. In regards to rental history, we contact the pervious agency to ensure they looked after the property well, paid their rent on time, if they had any issues with them during the tenancy, if they received their bond back in full and whether they would rent to them again.
