Method of Sale
There are three main options available in the market place: Private Sale, Public Auction and Expressions of Interest.
In most cases the chosen method of sale depends upon the Vendor’s past experiences, current market demand and/or reason for selling. We are experienced in all sales methods. All inspections would be by appointment only and with at least 24 hours’ notice whenever possible.
A professional marketing program is highly recommended and is essential to achieving a successful result. The advertising budget can be tailored to suit your particular needs and requirements.
In addition to the media advertising and brochure circulation throughout our Ruralco network and buyer database, your property will be placed on the Company’s website, ruralcoproperty.com.au (National site), realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, realestateview.com.au, homehound.com, thehomepage.com.au and home-sales.com.au. Realestate.com.au and domain.com.au are by far the leading buyer enquiry sites.
If you choose the recommended method of Private Sale, marketing costs will be $650.00 inc GST which includes internet presentation, brochures and window cards. This amount is only payable if your property is sold by Ruralco Property.
