To put things in perspective we had our property listed for sale with the same agents that are managing it as a rental property. We put it on the market in May 2014 for $595 000 (as suggested by the agents) and heard nothing from the agents for several months. When my husband telephoned to enquire if there had been any interest we were told that it was overpriced. We amended the price but still had no interest in the property.
