When the Defence Housing Authority decided to “sell off” their huge property portfolio in Richmond and South Windsor we accepted the challenge of auctioning 40 properties on one day. 25 sold under the hammer and the balance sold within 2 weeks. As a result of this success, DHA contracted us to market 476 properties in Hobartville. All properties were sold within the specified 4 year period.

We provide professional photography by Open2View, including an interactive floor plan and concentrate our marketing on the internet, including all major real estate portals and signboards, which between them create more than 92% of buyer inquiry. The inquiry generated is added to our database for direct contact marketing when a new listing is activated. We also provide print media advertising in Property Showcase and Homes Pictorial magazines as well as local newspapers.
