We offer complimentary sales appraisals and to back up our excellent service we will also provide you with a complimentary free property health check by a licensed home builder. We will also offer you a free pre-sales property valuation report by a licensed valuer. We recommend selling via private treaty with a premier listing.
We recommend open inspections on Saturdays & Sundays including private appointments for the first 4 weeks and thereafter every Saturday and private appointments(where possible). This can be further discussed.
