We’ll recommend one of three marketing methods.
Private treaty. The property is introduced to the market at a fixed price, price range, or a “from” price. Buyers then negotiate on or from these prices.
Auction No price is stipulated to the market and an auction date is set. Buyers bid competitively on the day, under the terms set by the sellers – eg. the amount of deposit. Bids must be on a cash unconditional basis, so unlike the offer and acceptance system, the deal is far less likely to fall over. Auctions produce excellent results when we believe there will be strong demand for the property and /or the price would be difficult to determine.
