We have finally reached the end of an amazing experience in the selling of our unit.
What can I say, but a big thank you for the enthusiastic and energetic effort you used to complete the sale and the settlement.
An unusual sale in that we had a tenant involved and the buyer required a vacant unit, therefore settlement was delayed for weeks and then just prior to settlement date the tenant refused to move out.
