We use specialist professional property photographers to show your property in it's best possible light. I may be good with a camera but these guys make my photo's look like a six year old sketches. The photographer takes altitude shots and also produces an architect quality floor plan so that people can visualize dimensions plan for where their furniture might fit etc. The Asians even utilize this floor plan for their Feng Shui, critical in property transactions with a lot of the Asian community. Everything done by Natgroup is performed by a specialist in their field. Natgroup were one of the pioneers of property cinematography, using high definition video to market and sell your property. As well as being informative and entertaining this form of marketing is extremely effective, with most being sold in a more timely manner and for 10 to 20% better price result. Once we have the photos and video's they obviously are uploaded on to the numerous property portals as required but we also then get our internal design team to create professional high gloss flyers and brochures which we distribute throughout the local community letting people know that they can now buy your property. These flyers are also used at our open homes which are absolutely second to none. If you don't believe me just check one of ours out and also check out the other agents to see the comparison, there is none. at Your Open home Buyers are all greeted at the door by a hostess who gathers all of their necessary personal information. They are provided with a comprehensive and informative brochure on your property so that when their day of property searching is over they can still remember and reflect on yours. As soon as they leave they receive a text thanking them for their attendance. they are also given a followup phone call later in the day. By Monday morning they have been contacted by us on at least three separate occasions and we have established by then whether they are buying your property or not. You are kept informed throughout the whole process through all manner of communication. SMS, emails, phone calls. Absolute transparency keeps agents honest and we certainly have nothing to hide or be remorseful of. We will know one another very well by the time we get your property sold which even in worst circumstances is normally within 30 days. All of this is how we list/sell at least one property every single day of the week, and seriously the others just can't keep up. We have finally reached the end of an amazing experience in the selling of our unit.
What can I say, but a big thank you for the enthusiastic and energetic effort you used to complete the sale and the settlement.
An unusual sale in that we had a tenant involved and the buyer required a vacant unit, therefore settlement was delayed for weeks and then just prior to settlement date the tenant refused to move out.
