With a marketing schedule agreed, I will work with you to set the date of your auction (if applicable) and open for inspection timetable. This typically follows a four-week schedule during which I will provide regular updates on buyer interest, feedback on estimated selling price and any offers made by prospective buyers. If your campaign culminates in an auction, my team will ensure all interested parties have been notified, their level of interest gauges and relevant documentation provided to equip buyers with everything they need to compete on the day!
