I met with Dane on Friday 22nd August. I was very impressed with Dane's attitude and approach. He came to the meeting armed with every possibly piece of literature, history and success records. He answered all of my questions on the spot, and did so in a natural, confident and assured manner.
I had promised the previous agent that I would give her that weekend to show results in leasing the unit. Quite frankly, I was hoping she would fail because my preference would be to deal with Dane. I waited till the middle of the day on Monday 25th August and heard nothing from her. I terminated her services amid protestations that she had to disconnect from some people who had emailed enquiries about the property over the weekend.
I called Dane and asked him to pursue leasing the unit on my behalf. He presented the agreement papers to me the following day and I signed them immediately.
