History of the Company | Directors Ed ten Broeke and Kevin Towns along with Hank Petrusma have always maintained a strong friendship, and a shared passion for the buying and selling of property. For over 30 years they have revolutionized the way real estate is bought and sold in Tasmania. Whether through the original brand of Hank Petrusma Real Estate, or the expansion of the Nationwide Realty brand to 13 offices statewide.

In 2001 Ed, Kevin and Hank launched Petrusma & Partners Real Estate and in 2003, Kevin was appointed Managing Director.

In January 2009 Petrusma & Partners rebranded as Petrusma Property to embrace a fresh vision and on June 30 that same year, Hank Petrusma stepped aside as a director / shareholder.

From March 2012, Sam Towns, Daniel ten Broeke and Jake Towns were appointed as Directors, joining Kevin & Ed.
