Marketing Plan
Our selling strategy is tailor made to each property and depends on the owners time frames and current market conditions at the time of selling, for example we believe at the moment Auctions favour the buyers, so we do not recommend them. The overall strategy is designed to attract as many buyers to the property and then test what they will pay, not what they want to pay.

At present we are having a lot of success with marketing without a price for the first couple of weeks, this allows the buyers to judge the property on its merits and does not cap the price. The reason for this approach is most buyers will have differing opinions of price and all we want to do is find and work with the buyers that want to pay the most - makes sense doesn't it?)
