Before we advertise the property we will provide you a Rental Comparative Market Analysis which will show you the recommended rental price per week based on the current rental market.
As it is a competitive market out there, we research the market regularly and provide you updates and best way forward to secure a tenant faster.
The property will be advertised through four different websites. We want you property to be presented well, therefore we may recommend additional marketing options such as professional photography, professional signboard installed outside the premises, feature listing, etc.
Once the property is online, our online booking system enables prospective tenants to book and inspection to view the property.
Prospective tenants are provided nearly three timeframes a day (morning, midday & late afternoon) so that they can pick the best time suitable to them. Of course they also have the option to notify us if there times are not suitable and we will contact them directly to arrange the inspection.
After inspections, landlords are notified by email with a copy of a report on how the inspection went. This report communicates the feedback that we received for your property from prospective tenants or why it did not suit them or if any improvement can be done to make the property appeal even more!
When applications are received, this becomes our priority to secure a tenant fast and we have a 4 hour application process!
Once applications are processed and completed, we will contact you for an approval to make sure you are informed of their background and other information.
Approved tenants are requested to sign the tenancy agreement and deposit paid within 24 hours hours.
