The best way to get the highest selling price is to start with a high asking price. In stages, you lower your asking price until you receive the highest selling price the buyers will pay.
It is our recommendation that your property be marketed and sold by Private Treaty, giving you the highest price from one buyer with more control on negotiation and settlement date.
Inspections would be by appointment only, after qualifying buyers. We recommend an advertising campaign on a No Sale – No Charge basis.
