• Express Advocate - We advertise every week in the local Express Advocate colour lift out property guide. Your property will be advertised on a weekly basis, open home times will be advertised along side the ad & in the middle of the lift out. – NO CHARGE.
• Property Showcase - Full colour monthly advertising, distributhed both local, The Hunter & Sydney regions. This is a great publication; no other agents in the area use this publication to promote your property – NO CHARGE.
• Internet/Social Media - Your property will be placed on the following 7 web sites showing all main features, quality photos & open inspection times:
- realestate.com.au (With Feature Property)
- Face Book page/links & our Hinterland App.
• Window - A large full colour digital picture will be placed in a prominent position at our prime located office.
• Email/Data Base - We email hundreds of buyers on a weekly basis in regards to your listing and in conjunction of your open house days and times, we can & will have interest on your property prior to it hitting the web sites from our extensive data base.
• Brochures - Color brochures will be printed and distributed in order to promote your property.
• Property Preview – Held midweek as a mini open house to allow & entice buyers prior to the weekend & those who can’t make the Saturday open house.
• Editorials - Your property will be submitted for an editorial in the Express Advocate colour property section.
• Open House - Run in conjunction with your Express Advocate advertisements on a Saturday. Open houses are not compulsory however, are recommended so as to maximize buyer interest.
• Signage - A modern for sale sign will be placed at the front of the property.
• Photography – Professional photos will be arranged to ensure your property is exposed to the market in the correct manner. Good photography can get you thousands more on your sale price.
