Marketing Plan
In terms of marketing/pricing strategies, I would suggest an aggressive Private Treaty campaign in an open price range (for example ‘$800,000- $850,000’). If you have a particular figure in mind that varies dramatically from the range we would tailor a strategy to try to achieve that or recommend Auction.)

To Whom It May Concern:

We first met Marc when we started renting a fabulous apartment at Warehouse 5, Waterloo. As a property agent, we found Marc to be responsive, respectful and always available with a positive approach to our enquiries. We lived at Warehouse 5 for just over two years. During this time we started to look to buy an apartment. We spoke with Marc about many of the properties he had listed. He was always honest, helpful and not pushy which we noted as being unique in the Real Estate industry.

We purchased an apartment in Waterloo, through another agent, who whilst they were professional by all accounts they were not as impressive as Marc. We promptly renovated the apartment throughout and due to having a baby, decided it was time to either rent out or sell our apartment just over a year after moving in. We called Marc straight away, knowing that he was the only agent we wanted to work with. Marc spent considerable time explaining the process, costs and the pros an

To Whom It May Concern:

I write this reference for Marc Fitzpatrick highly recommending him and the services of his team at Liberty.

Not that long ago, I appointed a "renowned" Eastern Suburbs Agency to sell my investment property. The result was no sale and an expensive bill for an unsuccessful Auction campaign.

Marc regularly kept me updated on market conditions and when I learned the local area was busy with buyers looking for investments earlier this year, I appointed Liberty to attempt to sell South Dowling Street.

As Marc knew I was still disappointed from my last experience with an Agent, he tailored an inexpensive yet aggressive private treaty campaign with minimal financial risk.

Within 3 inspections, the property was sold for a result that not only I was pleased, but also neighboring residents were also pleasantly surprised with the price achieved.

As a result, I have appointed Liberty as the selling agents for my next Real Estate project and look forward to

To Whom It May Concern,

We appointed Marc from Liberty Property Services to sell our investment property located at 14/127 Banksia St, Botany

We wanted to sell but didn't need to, which made Marc's recommend Private Treaty campaign appealing. Not only was it cost effective, but also it was much less stressful than an Auction environment.

It was a difficult time to sell as the building our apartment was located in had several unresolved building defects and home owner's warranty issues. Several apartments within the complex were for sale for many months and the prices achieved reflected that.

Marc sold the apartment in July and despite some nervousness from the purchasers (due to the defects), Marc's experience and professionalism got the deal sealed. The price he achieved was also $21,000 more than what a similar apartment achieved at the same time.

We highly recommend using Marc's services and hope we get the chance to use him again in the future.
