This is an overview of our team, services, fees and how we handle the day to day management of your investment. This outlines the framework of our service offering, but not our personality, which is best understood from our one on one client contact. A few of our great points of difference include:
• Dedicated leasing consultant; potential to do open homes almost every day of the week and Saturdays, in order to maximise inspections at the property and minimise vacancy.
• All bill payments, rates, water, body corps and collecting water back from tenants all included in management fee
• Usually over 500 photos taken during your entry condition report and average 4 per room taken at Routine inspections
• We disburse your funds back to you weekly

Here at Ray White Holland Park we are very clear on management fees, every aspect of providing the very best service to you is included in the management fee and NOT the extras. You will find that even though other agencies claim they charge a lower management fee, their total costs will exceed ours and their service will fall well short. Our fee structure in full is
Letting Fee (the initial fee paid when a new tenant moves in): ONE weeks rent + GST
Online Advertising (listings on many different websites): $95 including GST
Management Fee (we disburse to you weekly): 8%+GST And that's it!!
You don’t pay for: End of Financial Year Statements, Lease Renewal Fee’s, Reprinting of Statements, Maintenance or Extra Quotes, Routine Inspections and Reports, Database Searches.
