Aim: To get your property as much exposure as possible on your property, by having it advertised through the widest variety of methods in the most professional way, to numerous applicants to choose from when selecting a suitable tenant.

We have spent over $5k on photography equipment. We take professional photos and edit these- so we can present your property in its most professional light.
Advertising using a range of methods:
- On the following websites: Realestate.com.au, Domain.com.au and all of the other real estate websites, we also use Gumtree and Facebook
- Rental Sign Board at the front of the property
- Property is displayed in our shop window on the busy Wynnum Road
Once a tenant is approved, we do a detailed Entry Report on the property. This includes a written report and photographs (generally 300 - 400 photos). This report is used as the guide throughout the tenancy and on exit to monitor/establish property damage.
We ensure that the property is returned to it's original condition so that the property can be re-rented with ease (low vacancies, without rent) and the property holds it's value (not accumulating damage, saving thousands).)
