Marketing Plan
There are a number of selling strategies available to a vendor when selling and often the best one is determined by how the market is progressing in your immediate area, at this point in time we are seeing more auctions creeping in but the private sale method is still showing to be the preferred method with a lot of vendors.
The current market is showing some exceptional results with buyer demand very high.
Our main source of attracting buyers is through all the major websites and our up to date database .
We also offer very competitive rates with the herald sun, local papers and our Harcourts Blue Book which is distributed throughout Victoria and Tasmania, we use professional Photography and also include a floor plan and video.
Our average days on market is currently sitting at 23 days.
I would be happy to discuss and propose a more detailed sales strategy at our meeting.)
