All Internet Listings are loaded onto our website together with leading websites and, Our Rental Lists and/or Brochures are circulated to local professional offices and corporate companies. Rental Lists and/or Brochures placed at our front reception. We also use To Let signs which are an invaluable tool in securing tenants for a property. We have an exclusive Renters Club which is a database of prospective clients looking for a property approximately 8000 active prospects. Our agency in turn emails them weekly with all new listings and open times. We are also a registered member of where tenants use and register their details to view and inspect our current properties listed. This is a huge plus, as we now have automated response to all enquires and process these instantly. We also have automated confirmations and live reporting. Our office will go that extra mile to find a tenant rather than wait for a tenant to find us.)

There were emergency health and safety issues with the unexpected bursting of the hot water system and detection of asbestos in the kitchen of the property. To Pennisi's credit, the Property Manager demonstrated exemplary initiative, instinctive leadership and unwavering perseverance in following through with the relevant authorities, specialists, tradespeople and other stakeholders to take the situation under control and see it to completion. Through it all, I was kept in the loop and consulted on key decisions. It is a good case study of what service staff should do in such scenarios, and I should know, having been a Service Director at Citibank Singapore.
