I have had the pleasure of dealing with Jody as both a lessor and a lessee. It was because of my dealings as a lessee that I enlisted the services of Jody when renting out my Eastern Suburbs unit. Earlier this month I invited a few real estate agents to give me a rental quote and advise on their fees to manage my investment property in Bondi. Another agent quoted a high rental return plus charged a lower managing commission (5.5% as opposed to 7.7%) I decided to hire them as the managing agents. (I also purchased the property through them and had no problems). I was assured on the Thursday that I visited their Double Bay office to drop off the keys and sign paperwork that the ad would go live that afternoon. I assumed this would happen but by Friday afternoon I checked and no ads appeared for the flat online. I called and emailed the agent but didn't hear anything from him until the following Monday morning. I've since been advised by Sarah Arrandale that the ad went live sometime on the Friday night - all too late to get a decent number of people through the flat on the Saturday.

After a couple of months advertising in the local paper, I had trouble getting the right tenants. Within 2 weeks I had the right tenant for me, Sarah wasted no time in coming and checking out the rental, photo's taken and on the internet in no time. Four open houses and I had my new tenants.
