About John

John Deo has been with L J Hooker Hampton Park since 1999. In 1992 he successfully completed his VCE and went on to complete an Associate Diploma of Business Marketing and an Advanced Certificate in Sales Management. Once joining the Hampton Park team the strength and prominence of this office gave him an excellent springboard into the industry where he has learned many aspects involved in the real estate industry.

With over 18 year’s real estate experience and being one of the rare top agents who has qualified as a life member in the multi million captains club which is the top 3% of sales agents in the LJ Hooker network, John’s dedication and integrity, combined with an unmatched level of enthusiasm, has created many happy clients. Marketing Plan
We use both methods of sale, auction and private sale, we choose the best method for the property which will achieve the highest price for our vendors, also using the method that the vendor is comfortable with. We advertise on 12 websites, 2 local newspapers, use professional photographers, large for sale boards, gloss brochures, we conduct opens on the weekdays and the weekends and we are also open on Sunday's for opens as well.
