Marketing Plan
After viewing the property we aim to provide the Seller with a 'crash course' in real estate. A selling strategy is then tailored to suit both the property and the Seller's needs. This is contingent on a number of inputs including, presentation, location and characteristics of the property and balance of pricing and/or urgency requirements the Seller is working towards. For example, a beautiful property located in an undesirable area or with undesirable aspects (say a 'mountain goat' driveway) would require a different strategy to a below average property in a very desirable area. A Seller who has just received a job transfer interstate may have very different needs to one who is not influenced by when their property sells but more the price it must achieve. We listen to you, then guide you towards the best possible outcome.
