It is with much pleasure that I write this recommendation for John Zheng from LJ Hooker Pyrmont.

Having bought and sold properties in Australia and all over the world in the past, I approached selling my 1 bedroom apartment in M Central Pyrmont with some trepidation and concern that I would be getting the right price for my property, and being based in Europe, that the process would not be stressful and difficult.

Fortunately, I realized very quickly when dealing with John, that I had nothing to be concerned about.

I am absolutely thrilled with the price that John got for my property at auction, but I have to say I am not surprised. It was not 'luck'. The strategy, preparation and communication that went in to the lead up to the auction was first class. I had not bought or sold at auction before, and was very suspicious of the process. I have had many occasions in the past where a realtor has given me an opinion of what the fair market price was for

I first had contact with John Zheng of L J Hooker Pyrmont when I was employed as the receptionist at The Pyrmont where he managed several rental apartments and marketed others.
