- Staging and presenting your property to appeal to the masses - be it through a professional interior designer whom I can introduce or if you are on a budget, I can stage that for you with existing furniture and topped up with borrowed stuff from friends, family etc.. This is to create a showhome. Everyone loves to live and buy a showhome. This is tapping into the emotional side of the buyers. When you really love something, and others want it too, won't you pay more for it?
- Professional Photography - First impressions on the net or print media counts.
I work with a couple of professionals that will make your photos and the property's perceived value higher! Drone shots to present all the benefits in your property with one shot, might also present your property to be bigger than what it looks like from the street. Everyone likes a bigger property and will pay more for one.
- Auction - I use Auctions a fair bit as it is the best way to sell your property in the quickest possible time and for more. I have sold many prior to auctions all with clean cash contracts and no way of falling over and cooling off period waived too. What better way than to have all the interested buyers appear at the same time on your front lawn competing for your property, the only way the price will go is up. I know techniques of how to attract people to auctions and if someone is not an auction buyer, how to nurture them into an auction buyer.
