Our marketing strategy

At this stage without seeing the property or having met the vendor it's hard to put together a "all size fits" selling strategy but the outline is basically:

First of all, getting the marketing elements right is pivotal. The right professional photos (videos if necessary), floor plan, copywriting and deciding on the ad frequency.

Advertise the property (taking into account whether you want to sell by private treaty or auction)

Show the property frequently (we suggest by appointments and open for inspection on Saturdays)

Negotiate with buyers. At this time of year, where market is cooling off negotiation is absolutely necessary. Many young agents would let the market decide how much the property is but the experienced agents will actually do some real work which is negotiating.
