These packages are fully explained in our detailed booklet “Managing Your Investment Property” along with how we go about leasing the property and the day to day process of managing it.
We believe in being fully transparent to our owners at all-times, giving them a login to our system, to enable them to view where their tenants are paid up to, along with any letter that have been sent out to the tenants and themselves including inspection reports and statements.
And so you can be confident this is not just lip service, we guarantee our results. This means if you allow us to manage your property and after 3 months you are not delighted with our service, we will manage your property for the next 3 months, at no charge to you.

4. Rental List - Each and every property for lease is listed on our full colour rental list which is updated daily
