We market your investment to attract a quality tenant within a timely manner to avoid any potential vacancy. Our properties are launched onto the internet and scheduled with a showing time for potential tenants. Our tenancy register is notified of all new properties as well as vacancy lists available from our 5 sales offices located throughout Greater Hobart.

When applications are received we qualify each of them and put forward to you our choice for your consideration. When processing an application we thoroughly review the following;
