Homes in this part of Brisbane's are in strong demand currently and there are often a number of buyers prepared to purchase each property. It is wise to consider a couple of well established options in a great market that are squarely aimed to achieve a premium result for the sellers. After careful consideration of comparable sales, I'd recommend one of the following:
Option 1: "Offers Over". This is one of the most popular strategies used. In a market where prices are moving in an upward direction we are often achieving 3% to 7% or more over the offers over price guide.

Option 2: Auction. This is tried and test to be an ideal way to sell your home without a price. The clearance rates at auction for inner city suburbs of Brisbane are currently running at around 64% which means almost two thirds of sellers are getting a cash unconditional result that suits them within 28 days of listing their property.)
