We make suggestion that we conduct a 4 week sale by auction or sale by tender campaign. This style of campaign promotes competition to maximise the potential and eventual sale price of your home. The way we achieve this is by having a strict 4 week campaign with a closing date on the 4th Monday or an auction on the 4th Saturday.
To optimise exposure we would advise an advertising campaign to include internet (8 largest sites including highlight property listing on realestate.com.au), office window displays (5 Offices), photo board, NO paper advertising, brochures, letter drops, electronic email and database notifications.
We conduct 2 open for inspections per week. Opens to be conducted at dusk on Wednesday or Thursday and also scheduled on Saturday. In conjunction with private appointments, this gives buyers the freedom to see the property at their availability and makes life easier for you as we are not entering your home daily.
Vendor meetings will be scheduled for every Monday or Tuesday depending on your availability. Vendors will also be contacted after every scheduled open for inspection and on Monday afternoon with feedback from the weekend open for inspections.
