In a competitive market, this process is important in converting enquiries into tenants and reducing vacancy periods. Other specialized marketing includes: - Professional Photos - Floor Plan (Optional) - Tenant match technology – that automatically texts and emails potential renters - Additional online marketing websites like domain.com, metrocityrealty.com, rent.com etc - Social media marketing - Professional Sign boards - Brochures and Direct mail Our approach to property management is ensuring we start producing rental income for you quickly with quality tenants and then make sure we manage your property efficiently to net you as much as possible. Whilst letting the property is the most important job in the beginning, our service doesn’t stop once we find tenants. I’ll walk you through the process in the beginning and will be your point of contact during the marketing campaign including all enquiries, tenant feedback, applications and how the market is performing. Once we have a successful tenant, I’ll introduce you to your designated Property Manager who will work with me to prepare the lease documentation, entry condition report and conduct the tenant introduction which sets our expectations during their tenancy. This approach has been designed to create a seamless transition from the ‘letting’ to ‘management’ stages. Your designated Property Manager is there to handle the day to day activities involved in successfully managing your property and will become your main point of contact. Senior staff including myself and our Rental Department Manager will also be available to chat whenever needed
