Marketing Plan

I offer 3 methods of sale depending on the type of property and the suburb its located:

1 - Price by Negotiation (no price for 14 days) - Allowing the market to provide feedback through offers.
2 - Auction (4 week campaign) - The goal is to get a "cash unconditional" contract within 4 weeks, putting multiple buyers into competition.
3 - Normal sale with a Listed Price

All methods of sale as explained in detail, and ultimately I leave the final decision to the client to choose which method they feel most comfortable with.
