As agents we are not the arbiters of price. We rely on comparable sales evidence and competing property to give an achievable range in the current market. We are required to prove the opinion by looking at comparable sales in the area. We can provide that information upon your invitation to inspect the property.
Ultimately though, the market will determine the sale price. We see it as our responsibility to effectively market the property to achieve the highest price within the time frame given.

Previous clients with similar value sold properties have invested in a marketing campaign comparable to $6,076.00. This marketing package includes a dedicated property website eg. www.yourpropertyaddress.com, professional quality photography, property specific ‘Open for Inspection’ signboard, four page full gloss colour brochures, video production, print advertising and internet presence on all the major portals including premiere on realestate.com.au and 'Top Spot' on domain.com.au. This package also includes the cost of the auctioneer.
We are only paid commission for a sale. We would trust that the final price achieved will justify all expenditure incurred. Our commission will be 1.7% of the sale price inclusive of GST.

After a renovation we elected to appoint Coopers again without question or hesitation to sell our renewed home. Their marketing and knowledge of the area is unreachable. The 'family' feel to the agency is a welcomed change to most agencies. They do the right thing by vendor and purchaser (as all agents should), but most don't. Coopers professionalism and communication was invaluable throughout our sale. They achieved the price we wanted and before auction.
