Internet Advertising - Internet advertising is extremely effective, fast and generates an excellent response. An advertisement of your property with inviting copy and photographs enhancing the property are displayed on all real estate portals including realestate.com.au, domain.com.au, rentfind.com.au, positionrealty.com.au and several other smaller sites.
Card - A window advertisement of your property is placed in our front office window. As we are located on a bus stop we have excellent passing foot traffic and many people step into our agency to enquire about rentals.
Signage - Signage placed at the property is also very effective. Property signage is prominent. With apartments, signage is placed in the most visible area of the property, unless it is not permitted by strata.
Database - All people that have made past enquiry are entered onto our database. With each new rental listing these people are emailed suitable property that meets their requirements. We aim to achieve the very best rental price for you. We advertise at the upper end of the market for your property and then assess the enquiry within the first few days. The best times of the year to lease are February to April and then September through to November. It is at these peak times that a slightly higher rental can be achieved.
Open For Inspections - Opens are undertaken on Saturdays and midweek at pre-arranged times and by appointment. About 50% of interested parties email or call first and others turn up to the open without prior contact. As well as having Open Homes twice a week, we work after hour's too to ensure that we are able to show your property to all interested parties.
Tenant Checking - in addition to a strict 100 point system check, we contact the tenant’s previous leasing agent, previous employer to confirm employment, we call all personal references and do a thorough background to confirm the tenant is trustworthy and suitable for your property.
