My recommendation on the best way to market your property, would be to market the property at “Offers invited”, (with the view to then market the property with an offers above figure based on the highest offer made, if required), with this figure being uncapped, this way of marketing will allow us every opportunity to achieve a figure above market value, in the shortest possible time. Another path would be to start with an ‘Offers Above figure’ which will allow the market to determine the price based on that figure.

Your property will be placed on the major internet portals.
Professional photography and a signboard will be best suited to attract all buyers.)
