Regarding the method of sale, it is important to note that we offer choice (i.e. Private Treaty & Auction) and this again depends on the property. However, for the most part we are experiencing by far the most success with Auctions or an ''Offers Over'' Private Treaty campaign, given the current competitive market. We are seeing buyer competition drive prices up and in some cases well above what the comparable sales suggested was a fair price. Either of these methods do not cap what can be achieved if buyers are managed effectively.)
