What is a off-market sale? An off-market sale is like a regular sale, just without advertising or marketing the property online, newspapers, and other mainstream property marketing avenues.

How do we sell the properties then? Simple, we have access to 100's of potential buyers that are looking for mainly investment properties that are pre-qualified and ready to purchase.

Instead of launching a property online and publishing ads in newspapers, then waiting for the phone to ring, qualifying the buyers, conducting inspections and open homes at the property for several weeks.
